Found Granite Appliance Repair while browsing online for some local help. My stackable washer and dryer combo started acting up, clothes coming out not-so-dry and pretty much useless. Gave them a call and was super impressed by how fast they set up an appointment. Honestly, didn’t expect same-day service but bam, they were here in no time.
The technician knew his stuff, figured out the problem with my GE stackable washer and dryer immediately. He explained things, but not in that way that makes you feel dumb. Just straight-up talk, you know? Took care of everything smoothly and didn’t leave any mess around. Felt like I was in good hands, which matters a lot when home stuff goes haywire.
Super reliable, didn't feel like I was being upsold on unnecessary stuff. Prices were decent too, nothing outrageous for the quality service I got. I thought I'd never say this, but look forward to calling them for any future appliance headaches. My stackable washer and dryer is back to working like a charm.
